Gary Barlow Organic Rosé is pale strawberry in colour, with intense and fresh berry aromas complimented by subtle floral notes. This wine has excellent fruit concentration with a slightly off-dry finish, beautifully balanced by crisp acidity and refreshing, savoury notes.

Grapes were harvested in the cool Castile nights before shipping quickly to the state-of-the-art winery. Here the grapes underwent a short cold maceration, followed by fermentation in stainless steel at around 16ºC, to preserve the generous fruit character.
